If no numbers are showing up on the Flurry DApp, here is what you are going to do.
Web Access:
It's mostly because of the cache on your browser which kept the browser from loading the latest figure. Here's what you can do:
Make sure you are on the right network before connecting to Flurry Dapp. Check out the available network chains here.
It's ideal to access Flurry DApp using Chrome browser; and here are the shortcuts on how to clear cache and hard reload Flurry DApp using Web access through different browsers:
Chrome
F12 -> right click on browser's refresh button -> Empty cache and hard reload
Brave
F12 -> right click on browser's refresh button -> Empty cache and hard reload
Firefox (Window)
Hold Ctrl + Shift + R
Firefox (Mac/OS)
Hold Command + Shift + R
Safari
Hold Option + Command + E; then Command + R
Mobile Access:
We'd suggest using your wallet's in-app browser to access the Flurry DApp to ensure that DApp can connect to your wallet.
Make sure you are on the right network before connecting to Flurry Dapp. Check out the available network chains here.
If there is a problem with loading the figures, please close your application and open it again.
If that doesn't work, please refer to your wallet setting and check if there are ways to clear cookies or even reset the wallet.
(Note: wallet reset will clear your transaction history on wallet - but all transaction history is traceable on https://bscscan.com/ or https://polygonscan.com or https://etherscan.io/ depending on which network you were on.)
Stuck after switching networks
Not all network switching would work as smoothly as expected, depending on the wallet features.
If you find yourself caught in the loading page after switching from Ethereum Mainnet to Binance Smart Chain or any other networks, where numbers don't show after waiting for a while:
Please disconnect your wallet, switch the network on your wallet and connect to the Flurry DApp again.
If the aforementioned didn't resolve your issue, please contact an Administrator on Telegram or put your issue on the support channel in Discord.
